Trying to Eat Healthier? - Think Grill

I know, I know - you're probably thinking I have left the deep end with this. Please let me explain.

Not everything we do on the grill or the smoker has to be ribs, skirt or hamburgers. There are many different foods that we can choose not only healthy but can also be grilled and taste great too. Here are just some ideas.


Chicken

Chicken is one of the most popular healthy choices now. Lean protein and is easily done on the grill. That's right, do not have to dribble barbecue sauce sweet and tangy at a time. The chicken fillets are prime candidates to grilling. Just replace the barbecue sauce for a light salt and pepper, and dust a little weed or dill oregano. Or you can use any spice that suits you.

This is a great way to eat healthier. Remember, anything you have good evidence or be baked, fried tastes even better grilled.

Turkey

There is nothing better (and better for you, too) who made a breast of turkey on the grill. Made with indirect grilling on a rotisserie, this is another delicious way to eat healthier. You can add some soaked wood chips are also here to add to the flavor.
